Two founders. Both engineers.

Lean wrote his first line of code at 15 and talked his way into a developer job at Tata Consultancy Services at 17 — he had to be legally emancipated to sign the contract.

He spent two years working with Microsoft's Architecture Strategy team on the earliest versions of Windows Azure and the identity stack that became Entra ID.

In 2013 he founded Southteams, bootstrapped it from selling his own hours to a company that has hired 500+ engineers across Latin America — still profitable, with client engagements running past nine years. Along the way he was founding CTO at Worcket, shipping AI-driven candidate matching years before the ChatGPT wave.

Ainu has spent his career on products used by hundreds of millions of people — Miro and Booking.com among them — and, before that, on backend-as-a-service platforms: the kind of product whose users are other engineers.

He also taught for years at Argentina's National Technological University, running the advanced web development course and training other instructors in the stacks the industry was moving to.

Most recently, as founding engineer at a travel-tech startup, he worked extensively on integrating LLM-driven capabilities into the product — including an in-app assistant that operated the app for its users.
